Driving Angel Nomination Form –

Drivers who give freely of themselves are an integral part of the Red Deer community. They provide an invaluable service to help seniors get to where they need to go: medical appointments, running errands and travelling to social activities.

Do you have a Driving Angel?

Say thanks by nominating them to receive a certificate of merit and pin.

How the Driving Angel Program Works

By nominating and recognizing a driver in your community who has provide outstanding service to you and other seniors your Nomination will allow that driver to receive an Award of Merit Certificate and Driving Angel Pin to recognize their contribution to seniors transportation.
